Company

Who we are

Myrtus is a young and dynamic company, which makes use of modern and efficient technologies to realise galvanic treatments and to check the quality, in order to grant reliable and resistant superficial finishings on small metal items, made of iron, steel, brass and copper.

It also guarantees the constancy of the chromatic characteristics of its products (reproducibility).

The varnishing lines are another innovative feature of the Myrtus production, as they guarantee an exceptionally high level of protection over time for the metallic finishings, in terms of resistance to corrosion, to abrasion, to UV radiation and to oxidation.

Myrtus is certified UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 with ICIM spa and is member of the INIFINITELY RECYCLABLE ECOMETAL/INFM branding.

Since 2017 Myrtus srl operates in a CHROME-FREE environment.

Quality control

At Myrtus quality is not an objective, it is the starting point.

During the processing there is a continuous control of the galvanic baths, and there are systematic controls on the final products in modern and well equipped laboratories. These have Atomic Absorpition instruments, Spectrophotometers, pH-meters, Cella Hull apparatus, Fischer Thickness apparatus and a Metallographic Microscope. These are all integrated with the latest computer control network.
